Adrian with porch of SketchUp Model #2

Adrian and I have started investigating how to merge the 3D-360 output into Google SketchUp, and ultimately into Google Earth. This April we expect to expand his latest 3D model of porch into 3D models of complete house. Once the house is complete will photorealistic interior. The interior will produced by scanning real rooms within Prototype 4E of 3D-360.

Adrian’s portfolio of SketchUp models can found here.

  1. Hello,

My colleagues and I at Northern Middle School in Calvert County, MD are participating in an exhibition of 21st century technologies in the classroom using web 2.0 tools, videoconferencing equipment, digital storage places for student and teacher content, etc. I created a pretend additional museum room that I attached to a SketchUp I downloaded of the National Museum of Iraq. The goal was for each of my students to select one artifact from a set of museum artifacts that represented different periods in Mesopotamian history and to insert them into the pretend museum room and justify their choices. My issue is I cannot find models of the artifacts I would like to use, and I am not quite skilled enough to create SketchUps of these artifacts.

If you would be interested in assisting me, please contact me at the e-mail address above. We could perhaps even communicate via videoconference or Skype.

    Thanks for your time!

    Sincerely,
